"“Dear Sandra, Laura and I wish to take this opportunity to thank you in writing for the outstanding services you provided to sell our home in record time and at above asking price! We are delighted with the closing date and multiple “no conditional” offers you were able to secure on our behalf. Your intimate knowledge and strategic positioning of properties in the Stonehaven development, and the surrounding Newmarket area proved invaluable in terms of targeting the right regional agent-brokers and attracting only the best qualified potential buyers. Sandra, as you are aware Laura and I did extensive due diligence in our selection process to find a real-estate professional to represent us. We interviewed several well qualified candidates, all of whom promised to leverage the many property marketing vehicles at their disposal to ideally position our home in a competitive seller’s landscape. You stood out amongst your industry peers as the obvious choice to represent our interests based upon your meticulous and warm customer-centric approach, and hands-on personalized level of service that differentiates you from the rest of the agents we considered. As sales and marketing high-tech executives, Laura and I commend you on your competence as a professional who delivers results, your attention to detail and exemplary follow through on commitments. We have no reservation in recommending you to any home owner or purchaser needing to engage the services of a caring and exceptional real-estate agent. Thank you for making our home selling process as non-disruptive and least stressful as humanly possible, while we prepare to uproot our lives and move overseas. You were truly awesome, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the fantastic result you achieved for us! With warm regards and sincere thanks.”"
